Very Good
The hotel is in a back street about 5-7 mins to the beach. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. The room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary water bottles. The breakfast was varied, they had a vietnamese specialty soup for each day of the week, plus make fried eggs/omelettes on request. Good coffee.There is a cool bar that plays music until 2-3am so if you like to party, you will love it. If you like going to sleep early, not so much.

Simple, clean rooms near the beach with friendly staff
Very clean, simple rooms with large windows. Close to beach (just a few blocks walk). Staff was very friendly, breakfast had lots of options and an egg bar.Disappointed by the pool and rooftop area. Pool was small; not a lot of room (or shade) to relax on the roof.
