good location close to the beach and streets with the restaurants excellent staff very helpful with ongoing smile on the face very good breakfast.the room was slightly too small for family 2+2 with older kids

Very friendly staff, not great Englsih but we could get our point across no problem. Very easy to set up car hires for day trips and front desk always willing to help.No complaints. This is a great hotel for a quiet night's rest in a very clean room. This is not a hotel to hang out all day but we knew that and did day trips every day.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were many extras offered which we didn't expect such as a welcome drink and fruit plate, daily footbaths, massage chairs and massage machines in the room, room upgrade, in suite cooking facilities and even a parting gift of instant coffee. On arrival I discovered I had misplaced our passports. While I was frantically trying to remember where I had left it, the front desk officer (Ms Chang) allowed us to check-in to our room (without identification), offered us drink and fruit plate, and also spoke to airport officials and the Grab car driver (in Vietnamese) to help locate it. Thankfully it was found and saved our vacation.There were minor issues but not serious enough for us to inform the staff about. Being close to the beach, guests do bring in sand. So the floors are a tiny bit gritty. Most people won't notice, unless you're barefoot. The hotel does provide sandals.
