Really nice basic breakfast, clean room, great aircon, tv channels, lovely staff.Little far out but I was unwell so this is why I didnt like the walk, it was only 10 mins and the hotel will happily call a cab for you. Door jammed, but the staff opened it quickly.

Breakfast is good, but it will be better if guests have more choices Room and bathroom are clean, air condition is good.The bed drap is always loose whenever lying on it Air condition flows directly to your head, it will be a little bit uncomfortable

Amazing value for money, tasty breakfast. The bed would have been very comfortable but there was a large dip in the bed.

Everything else couldn't fault them made us feel comfortable welcome service was excellent.Was a step up into the bathroom

Jade hotel has been my go to place in Huế for several visits. They have super friendly staff and clean rooms for a more than fair price. We will probably come back next time we are in the city.Breakfast is good and filling but one might be disappointed if expecting a large buffet.
