The view of the hotel is river front, but is ok. During the night you can see all bouts and hotels with there neon lights crossing the river and reflecting from the water surface. Beds - very confortable, room-keeping are changing your towers every ay and make the room, the sheets-every 2 days. Staff is very helpful, trying to help every minute and had time to talk with you and give you advise what to do. They help us a lot with our daughter and changed our room with better one, without us to ask for it. Two bikes for free and one motobike for rent.Breakfast is Asia oriented. EU families like us missing : the boiling eggs, ham, cheese, cereals , corn flakes, milk (not only for coffee). The hotel has Vietnam Coffee, but do not offer expresso. The good thing is that you can buy it just double the corner of the hotel.

What I like most about this hotel is their service. Although there can be some difficulty with communication every now and then because of the language barrier, the staff members are always ready to give their guests their best effort for a comfortable stay. The room and facilities are adequate and you get great value for your money. Their tours are really reasonably priced. We only spent two nights at this hotel but we were able to maximize our stay thanks to their effort of always trying to meet our requests --.and they're always at a fair price! I had a tough time sleeping during our first night since we had been booked right next to the elevator. I mentioned this to the receptionist and immediately, although they were pretty busy at that time, they were able to look for a better room. They even apologized and sent some fruits to our room. I really appreciated this. I think it was a really nice gesture. I really hope that they maintain their excellent service at a reasonable price.I didn't give it a perfect rating yet since their rooms and facilities could still have some improvements. It would be nice to have softer pillows and an additional trash can inside the room. We had to keep going back to the bathroom to throw things since it's the only place where we can find a trash can. Other than these, the hotel's nearly perfect. Their location may not be suitable for people who would like to be at the center of hustle and bustle but for us, we like some tranquility. It is located on side of the Dragon Bridge where you can see its head, which is great for photographs.

.The location is ok but need to call Grab or taxi to Han Market or for meal. There are 1or 2 restaurants nearby. 2 mini marts within walking distance of 5 minutes. Overall the value for money is high for budget travellers.

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable - we had a superior double. Plenty of variety in the breakfast buffet for both western and Asian tastes. Staff was very nice and helpful and arranged taxis when asked. Good location for river boat cruises and only a short walk to take pictures of the Dragon Bridge. You will need a taxi or bike to get to the beach. Cheap street food around the corner was delicious. Pool is small but has a great view over the city as part of a nice roof top terrace. Very good location, better hotel than expected considering the price. They were happy to make us feel comfortable and provide us an extra blanket. Breakfast was excellent. Very good communication with them prior to or arrival.The reception lady tried to overcharge us saying that we need to pay extra for the child. It was quickly resolved when we presented her the booking confirmation that included him.
