Vị trí khách sạn ngay bờ sông Hàn, view đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện.Khách sạn khá cũ so vơi quảng cáo. Cảm giác không được bảo dưỡng nhiều. Phòng mình trông mọi thứ đều cũ kĩ. Cánh cửa tủ chỗ minibar còn bị hỏng bản lề, bật ra, đổ vào con mình đang ngồi chơi ở đó. Mình ko ngại ở chỗ cũ, chỉ cần sạch sẽ gọn gàng, kiểm tra phòng đảm bảo mới cho khách nhận. Mình đặt 3 đêm. Vừa hôm đầu tiên đến, khách sạn yêu cầu thanh toán trước luôn làm mình thấy không thoải mái lắm. Bể bơi cảm giác không sạch. Lớp cỏ nhân tạo lót ở sàn rụng vào bể rất nhiều. Bể có mùi hoá chất rất khó chịu. Tất nhiên nhà mình đi sau đợt dịch nên cũng thông cảm nhưng những lỗi trên mình nghĩ khách sạn có thể khắc phục được ngay chứ không nên để mặc như vậy
