Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, tư vấn chu đáo, đi ra cầu sông hàn ko quá xa, bể bơi nhỏ nhưng thoải mái sạch sẽ và view đẹp, giường ngủ thoải mái Check in rất nhanh.Đồ ăn sáng ko đa dạng, nhiều dầu mỡ, phòng bài trí nhiều đồ thừa thãi nên chật hẹp, mình đi thường xuyên bị va chân vào giường. Phòng tắm bị rỉ nước, có mùi hôi. Phòng ở bí. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí có nhiều khu vực xây sửa nên khá là bụi
