Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy

- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable

- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge

Bad first impression but improved after this
The location was good. The pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was nice. Rooms needed a bit of updating.First impression of the staff was unpleasant. The reception was quite short with us on arrival. As I had booked through booking.com previously then cancelled and then at a later date booked again, she didn’t think we had previously cancelled it and wanted to charge us twice. Thank goodness I showed the proof that it had been cancelled. A bit unnerving after travelling for hours to get there. But after that all the other reception staff were friendly and helpful.
