Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

Pleasant stay
The room was big and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant clearly caters more for Asians but there was also toast and cereal available at breakfast.The pool was out of action for our stay which was quite disappointing although they did let us use the neighbouring hotels pool. The bed was alright but I felt for the price it could have been comfier and needed more pillows (4 instead of 2). There was also a gap in the balcony door and a lizard in our room probably because of that.
