This hotel is wonderful! We arrived later in the afternoon from the airport via a taxi arranged by the hotel. We were greeted by Katherine with warm smiles, delicious snacks and beverages and helpful information. Our rooms were wonderful and clean and a good size. The amenities provided in the rooms made our stay comfortable. I utilized the working blow-dryer that was provided in the room and it did a pretty good job. There is also hand bar soap and liquid body wash and shampoo available to use. For me the best part was the full service restaurant on the ground floor, Serene Palace Restaurant. As guests of the hotel, we were granted the opportunity to dine here complimentary every morning for breakfast. The breakfast was made to order and we were allotted as many plates as we wanted! Also included was a fresh fruit and pastry buffet with unlimited coffee, tea, and juices. As a guest of the hotel we dined there two other nights for dinner and were very pleased with the service and quality of food. They also gave us 20% off our dining prices for being hotel guests. The staff was willing to assist with setting up a tour of the DMZ for us and made all the arrangements. They also provided a map of the city and gave us accurate walking directions to the Imperial Citadel and the market. The palace was also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They provide laundry service at a great price and it was completed in about a day. Overall, this hotel was a great value, exceptional service, was clean, well run and organized, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They even made up a box of fruit for us when we left to the airport.The shower ran out of hot water quickly. I could only take a 5-8 minute shower before the water began to turn cold. The teapot did not operate properly either. The AC in one of our rooms didn't quite get cold enough.

Great position, close to the main restaurant and 30 minutes walking from the Citadelle. Breakfast really good!I would add the pick up service also at the train station.

Helpful and friendly staff. Special mention to a waitress, she prepared us a take away breakfast because, in her opinion, we didn't eat enough :).Shower broke. We think hotel offered overpriced tours and transport, or the comission fee is high. We booked a train to Da Nang by ourselves saving half the price.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating!Our first room smelled like cigarettes and it didn’t go away, but after the first night the staff moved us to a new room and it was perfect!

Lights could be better.
