Really modern, great facilities and great location! Can’t beat it for the price, highly recomend.

Spotless hotel, great location, good nights of sleep, good breakfast, shower is perfect. Mr Tony and his staff (frontdesk and cleaning ladies) were super nice, super helpeful, always making us feel like we're at home. We rented a motorbike at hotel, Mr. Tony will provide all information you need to visit Hue. They arranged also transport for us to go to Hanoi. We higly recommend it. 💕😊.

Everything about this hotel is just great. Tony is the most possitive, kind and professional hotel owner we have met in Vietnam so far. We have felt very welcome from the moment we stepted in the reception of Hue Mate. Early check-in was no problem at all, even though we did not let them know in advance and was free of charge! The hotel is brand new, rooms are super clean and comfy. Breakfast was very tasty, you can choose from several options. Tony will give you all the information you may need for your stay. He also arranged motorbike for our tour to Hoi An with luggage transfer, which was cheap and absolutely amazing experience. Thank you so much for everything! If we are ever back to Hue, we will surely stay here again.Nothing to dislike :)

Attention to detail and well catered to.

There are so many things to like about this hotel. It's super new, conveninently located (right in walking street area). The hotel manager and staff are friendly and helpful, making me feel like home.Nothing at all :)
