We already stayed at hue four seasons the second time. the family is very nice and can organize everything. rooms are clean with a nice shower and swimmingpool is great to cool down. best hotel in hue!

They were very welcoming and helpful. They even arranged a ride for us to airport in the morning. Beautiful large tree right outside our window was wonderful to wake up and see. When we arrived they had welcome fruit and juice as well as cool cleansing towel that smelled so nice!The bed was a little stiff but this has been quite common throughout our trip in Vietnam and luckily we like firm mattress.

The hostess was very hospitable, she answered to our questions, gave us map and explain where we can go around. The view from the room was amazing - garden with palm trees. The room was very clean, it had a little balcony.

Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Shame we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather. Location is ideal.
