Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, water bottle fill, beautifully decorated, nice staff...Wish I stayed longer.Could hear noise from outside like most places in SE Asia.

For the first time on our 5 week trip around Vietnam we have found a hotel that has gone beyond our expectations at every level. The location is great for all downtown eatery, drinking and entertainment. It is well within walking distance from the Imperial Citadel and other attractions. Comfort and cleanliness is beyond reproach. Perhaps, above all, is the kindness, attentiveness and friendliness of all the staff. There was nothing they would not go the extra mile to do for us. An absolutely lovely modern clean hotel. We arrived after an overnight train ride from HCM to be greeted by really friendly and welcoming staff. Throughout our stay they helped me and my friend book tours and gave advice on the best places to eat and visit. We also rented some bikes to cycle around the city, highly recommend it. The hotel is located perfectly around all the main cafes, restaurants and bars. The room was really clean and had everything you needed for a nice stay. The breakfast was good, you could order as much as you wanted.Nothing comes to mind.

I loved renting the scooter. Very fun and convenient. Free iced coffee! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Victoria was the best! She sent me to a great local place to eat. Amazing service. I was actually sad to leave.
