The hotel facilities here are beautiful, luxurious and immaculately clean. Amazing value for money and the staff are exceptional. Excellent standard of customer service from all of the staff here, especially Ngoc who went above and beyond our expectations. The ladies who service your room are attentive and friendly. The scooter rental is budget friendly and so convenient. We loved it so much we extended our stay for 2 more nights and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Stayed there for 8 days, 7 nights. The hotel services were very friendly and excellent. The receptionist (Ngoc) contacted me through WhatsApp one prior my departure and even arranged the airport pickup. Thanks. The Hotel Del Luna has been open since April 2022, after pandemic delays. It has a completely different decor flavor from any other similar hotel, opting for a European familiar furniture, color and fittings set in the rooms, including lobby and restaurant. The pool on floor 9 is small but serves its purpose at end of day. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Many small restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There are no souvenir shops or other spontaneous purchase temptations in the neighborhood. TV channels were wide variety and for English speakers featured news (DW, CNN, BBC), other BBC, at least one entertainment channel plus Netfliz. Prime video installed but you must sign in to your own account. Breakfast was sufficient but never really changed over the days. (A bit of variety would be nice.) I really like the hotel and the staff. Very convenient and comfortable.1. I am a business traveler and the room had no table and chair, let alone a desk. The credenza houses the minibar refrigerator. I brought a chair from the balcony and worked at the credenza when necessary. 2. Hot water was great before 7AM but then disappeared. Returned sometime in early afternoon. 3. No safe in the room. I carried my valuables with me everywhere (except the beach). 4. The mattress was harder than a rock. And the pillows collapsed under the weight of a finger. Made for some challenges every night. 5. Street side noise was really loud on nights when national football team was playing - restaurant across the street hosted large crowds to watch. Ask for something away from the front of the hotel if that is a big deal to you. I kind of enjoyed the flavor of the street but wished it finished by 11PM.
