Good location and great breakfast. Try the banana pancakes! Breakfast was fast and served with a pool view.No shower curtain when we arrived, we did get one within 4 hours. We still soaked the wall as it was not large enough. Bathtub, sink and mirror were dirty, even when we asked them to be cleaned. Killed 2 cockroaches in the room. The place was quite clean so I was surprised. Hard beds and old pillows.

The lady (probably co-owner) seemed to be more friendly and genuine. The location is central.The owner was friendly only when trying to upsell. When he understood I wasn't going to get their extra services he lost all his enthusiasm. He charge me twice for renting a bike, apparently for a misunderstanding, but considering he pretended to not have change to get few dong more, I wouldn't be surprised he'd knew exactly what was going on. The place is cheaply decorated, dusty and half of things don't even work. The breakfast was terrible (not fresh fruit and overly fried banana pancake) and the pool even worse.

The breakfast was great. You can choose from a menu. Great variety :) The accomodation was super central but still a quit place. Staff is super friendly.We were a bit unlucky because our hot-water heater was broken so we had to shower cold. Anyway it was warm, so a bit unconfortable but doable. We stayed on the first floor. The first evening we left the door of the balcony open. When we came back I suspected my boyfriend to ate cupcakes (we bought earlier this day (the package was closed when we left). But then I took a closer look and recocnized that an animal "opened" it and ate the cupcake. A bit later, the balcony door was still open, a rat showed up. Well... the rat ate our cupcakes and we decided to keep the balcony door closed. Anyway there was AC so it wasn't too hot in the room.
