Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich gut!Habe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, stattdessen ein 2-Bettzimmer bekommen. Erst nach heftiger Reklamation durfte ich am nächsten Tag das Balkonzimmer beziehen, weil es zuvor schon belegt worden ist. Balkon war sehr dreckig, nicht wie am Foto abgebildet, und wurde kein einziges Mal während meines 3tägigen Aufenthalts gereinigt.
