Spacious room, comfortable and clean.The room was great and spacious but I was disappointed with how the hotel accommodated guests. Firstly, the hotel name on the building is not the same as it is in the booking which made this confusing for our arrival. Secondly, please do not put 'sea view' in your listings if you have no sea view and you have guests looking out at a wall. Thirdly, we booked a double bed and when we arrived the staff member pushed two twin beds together re-arranging the furniture in front of us and just leaving the comforter a mess. The time schedule should be accommodating to all guests, meaning your breakfast should run a little bit later. Lastly, do not make your guests pay for clean towels. I asked the lobby for pool towels and they mentioned using your towels in your room. I ended up using the towels in the room for the pool (which you can only use at certain hours) and after I was done with my wet pool towel I asked for clean towels to shower with and they wanted to charge me. Overall, the little things added up and I was not happy with my booking here.
