From start to finish our stay here was amazing. It is known that in South East Asia the 5 star hotels don’t necessarily match what you would expect back home however this is the closest to those expectations. 1. Staff were amazing and at hand 24/7, despite a minuscule language barrier (to be expected) we felt incredibly safe here even as 2 young women. 2. Everything you need within 5 minutes walk I.e beach, restaurants, shops. (The restaurant here is worth checking out to even though it never seems busy!) 3. Breakfast was definitely a mix and match but I believe because they do their best to accommodate for every culture - you won’t go hungry and worth the money!I cannot fault this property at all however maybe something to note: 1. Breakfast is earlier than some other hotels, only running until 9:30 but again not an issue - they are not pushy for you to leave which is fab! 2. The poolside is a lot smaller than the pictures may show. 3 sunbeds and a few tables but again not very busy as the beach is only about a 3 minute walk so we didn’t struggle for a sunbed during our stay luckily but I guess it could get a little crowded. Did not dislike anything - only a few pointers.

Enjoyed the pool on the roof and the rooms were nice and big. Not too much of a walk from the beach and lots of food options nearby. We organised two tours through our hotel and they were both great (Hoi An at night and day tour to Ba Na Hills). They were a reasonable price when compared to other tours on TripAdvisor and the hotel organised it completely for us.We were not off to a good start when the hotel forgot to pick us up from the airport when we arrived. We waited for about 30mins after arrival until I phoned the hotel and they asked me to catch a taxi because no one was coming. When we arrived they advised that the driver could not find us and I pointed out that they had already told me he was not coming to pick us up. Luckily it was only a ten minute taxi to the hotel from the airport.

Very close to sea. Good conditions.Nothing to complain.

The staff we friendly and helpful, we were able to use the bikes for free which was a great way to get around. We were also able to rent a scooter to be able to venture further. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was amazing! The views from the restaurant are great too. The hotel location was only a couple of streets away from the beach too.The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof. We were kept up for two nights by other guests staying on our floor. At first it sounded like they were in the hallway talking right outside our door but when I went to ask them to be quiet I saw that the hallway was empty and it was actually coming from the room across from us and the one beside us. The pool is also very small compared to the photos.
