All was great. We could rent a scooter from the hotel and it was nice so we didn't have to search for one. Good breakfast.

The staff was friendly and trying to make feel us comfortable.The hot water was running for only 5 min and then you have to wait.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot water was available immediately. Safety deposit box secured in the room. Air conditioning was good. Bathroom was a good size. Ocean view from my room on level 9 and the view from the rooftop pool across the city and ocean was amazing. Buffet breakfast catered for western and eastern tastes.All was good for me.

The staff were great. Very friendly and well trained. The price of the room is good for the area and nothing was very old or run down. The hotel is well maintained. The breakfast wasn't great, but there were lots of options so we were happy. We only realized there was an egg station after the 2nd night. Hot eggs were cooked fresh there, as well as pho. I would say this is a good hotel... If it wants to be great, it needs to fix some of those little details that matter to guests (the shower being most important).The bathroom was a bit of a problem. There were no shower curtains so our whole bathroom got soaked when we when we showered. Another problem was the pool. We were told it shut down at 7pm, and the whole area is locked off at that point, so you can't even access the tables and chairs up there. There is really no other lounging area available, which was disappointing. There were also no towels for the pool and we were told to use our bath towels, which wasn't great. No one wants a bath towel that smells like chlorine.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped me book Grab through my mobile. Air conditioning was great, rooms cleaned daily and well done, buffet breakfast catered for western and Asians. I asked the morning staff for an omelette every morning and was never problem to help. Location is about 200m from the beach but that suited me. I like to walk and explore. Tv worked and set up for English channels.Everything was great for me.
