Furama resort very no good
리셉션에서 바라보는 뷰는 좋아요 호텔 홍보하는 사진도 멋집니다.방청소 하시는 직원분의 문제가 심각 했습니다 아침 9시면 문을 두드려 방청소를 하겠다고 하고 NO 라고 하면 그날 수건도 알 갈아 놓습니다. 그러면서 팀은 챙겨 가구요 식당은 자리를 지정해서 앉으라고 하고 비어있는 다른자리로 옮겨 달라고 하면 안됀다고 해서 매니져 불러서 몇마디 했는데 매니져가 앞에서는 웃는 얼굴을 하는데 가분 상해 하는 모습이 역력히 보여서 아침부터 기분 상하고 방도 비싼 방을 잡았는데 다른 방에서 방이 다보이는 구조로 되어 있어서 정말 이상한 곳이었어며 호텔의 물 한병에 한국돈 3500원을 받아요 베트남 로컬은 500원 정도 하는데요 무슨 호구 됀 기분 입니다. 시설도 낡았구 정말 않좋아요 가지 마세요 절대 관리에 심각한 문제가 있는거 같습니다

一言では言い表せません
プールや海がよかったです。.朝食がおいしくなかったです。朝食の品質がホテルのランクのわりに低く、材料コストを削っている感じすらありました。量はふんだんにありますが、料理一つ一つの味がどれも今一つでした。卵やフォーをスタンドで調理しているのですが、注文を受けてからではなく、作り置きをして並べており、注文をしても、作り置きの冷めたものを手渡されるなど、サービスも悪いと思いました。ホットビュッフェに出ているベーコンなども保温されておらず冷たかったり、何かと残念な品質でした。 またレストランのスタッフの対応があまりよくなく、コーヒーのお代わりや、食べ終わったお皿を片付けて、などのちょっとしたお願いをしても、笑顔でOKと答えながら、一向にやってくれる気配がなく、人間不信になりそうでした。 設備としては、ホテルのゲストルームは冷房が効きますが、ロビーなどに冷房がなく、あのエリアのホテルであの暑さはあり得ないと思いました。チェックアウト後にスーツケースをフロントに預けるにも、中に入っているお土産類が暑さでダメになってしまうので、気軽に預けることもできませんでした。 いろいろ書きましたが、もしかするとホテルが悪いのではなく、お国柄なのかもしれません。
