Everything! Great staff, hot showers, clean, activities, green tea! An all-round brilliant place to stay.Might have been nice to have a few snacks and hot drinks for sale during the day time. Tours and day trips offered were quite expensive compared to booking at other places

Super friendly staff, good breakfast. The family dinner and vietnamese class is definetely the big plus to try here!! I also forgot my passport there and they sent it to me in one day time!

The staff here are so lovely, and make you feel super welcome. There is also a short Vietnamese lesson followed by family dinner, which is a great way to spend your evening and meet other people. The beds have privacy curtains, lights and sockets, and there are lockers. They have water refill for a small fee. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and a good size. I didn't do the motorbike tour but I wish I could have stayed for it - local students take the tours to practice their English and if you can't drive you can sign up to ride on the back with one of them. Overall, I couldn't believe how amazing this hostel was considering it's so cheap!The common area is pretty much just the reception area and entrance but it is still fine.
