This hotel is perfect: location, rooms, services, staff, etc. – 100/100, as other customers praised it before me. But I will add one more positive experience to the previous reviews. Because of our flight, we arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time. However, it was the high season (Xmas) in the hotel, Ms. Amy did her utmost to accommodate us as soon as possible, i.e. well before the official check-in time. After a tiring long journey, it was the real service for us. When waiting in the lobby, the hotel offered us a buffet breakfast at reasonable price. Besides, we got a coupon for a free massage of 30 minutes. The body massage services are very good and clean and with competitive prices in this hotel. Closed to the hotel, on the corner, there is a coffee shop (The local beans). You will find there a large selection of various coffees. Must try them, especially the coconut coffee.Nothing

Cant fault anything, room was comfy, aircon worked well. Everything was clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice, interesting choices each day. Location was good.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The pool is awesome, and the location is perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were easily the best pillows we ever used! Next time we're in Da Nang we will look no further...
