Guarantee Policy

- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15\/person\/room\/night.
Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable

- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

không.- Đặt phòng giường đôi khi đến nơi thi khách sạn sắp xếp 3 phòng đều là giường đơn . Tôi cực kì khó chịu về vấn đề này . - phòng booking để 28m2 khi nhận phòng thì phòng bé chỉ 12m2 . Chất lượng phòng không phù hợp với giá tiền . - Nhân viên lễ tân lúc nhận phòng không đúng , khách thắc mắc về phòng thì thái độ với khách hơi khó chịu. Nhận phòng xong mới vui vẻ trở lại. - Tất cả 3 phòng đều không cách âm , lúc ngủ thì nghe tiếng động rất khó chịu. - Giá tiền cao so với chất lượng dịch vụ.

Ein weiterer wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Land
Uns hat im Emm hotel alles super gut gefallen .Wir konnten schon morgens um 9 Uhr ohne weitere Kosten einchecken ,Vielen Dank !!!!.das Früstück ist sehr umfangreich und richtig gut. Der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend nach einem langen Sightseeingtag .Wir haben auch im eigenen vietnamesischen Restaurant gegessen ,wobei uns der Kellner Phong alles ganz toll erklärt hat und wir seinen Empfehlungen gefolgt sind ,Danke lieber Phong !!!
