The staff were friendly.Rooms very small, breakfast basic, no door on the bathroom so the city lights shone through all night, also light from the hallway shining through the door all night.

.My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel, the first surprise was, that staff at the reception was not speaking english. They did not even helped her with the heavy luggage, even though they went with us to show us the room. The room did not look well (definitelly not as on the photos) and smelled bad, wall paint was scraped all around, bed sheets had stains on them, room was not cleaned properly. No sound isulation as well, you can hear everything your neighbors do. After this, I was not expecting much of breakfast, but I have seen a cockroach running on the table where the food was. Just disgusting. 8,8 for this hotel is a joke, hotel was good maybe like 10 years ago. Spare yourself getting upset and do not stay there.

There was no fresh milk for coffee or cereal, only soy milk or condensed.The room and bath were very clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of asian and western foods. Lots of fresh fruit. The location was great, just one street off the beach strip. Many good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

decent breakfast, excellent location with a lot of convenient shops, eateries around, efficient staff, comfy bed, excellant AC, good shower (a lot of budget hotels in da nang do not have sufficient hot water supply), roof top swimming pool... CP ratio is super high. could hardly find similar hotels unless you are willing to pay a premium.with this price, I could not expect.anything more
