Highly overrated Hotel compared with 4 other 3 stars hotel on our trip

The personnel working at the front desk was accommodating, before we decide to check out after one night they did make an effort to arrange a different room with twin beds for our sons. We did pay for four nights as per Booking.com requirements but stayed only for one (so please read carefully). The first thing we did was to use the stairs, from 10th to the top floor pool area (pictures can lie) and the amount of dead cockroach bodies was alarming. But the high light came during breakfast (our only one of the four planned ones). As we engaged the toaster 3 cockroaches living inside found the heat uncomfortable and moved to the outside top of the toaster waiting for us to finish. The kitchen personnel at Dylan looked at our shocked faces and the insects not making any action, so needless to say a decisive moment and time to move on. The rooms lacked maintenance, the cleaning personnel had tried to make the best of it hiding the entrance step to the bathroom with a towel so that the lack of grout between the two floors would not be so visible. A damaged drawer was removed leaving a gap but maybe better anyway, the glass-door gasket to the bathroom was coming apart. The silicon around the bathroom sink was seriously discolored, so even if cleaned it made a shabby impression.
