.- Tôi được hưởng ưu đãi nâng hạng phòng miễn phí, nhưng khách sạn đem 1 cái phòng bình thường ra để đưa tôi. - Ban đầu giao đúng phòng, nhưng lại tự ý thay đổi bắt khách rời phòng và chuyển sang phòng 1 giường rẻ tiền hơn trong khi vẫn thu tiền của phòng 2 giường!
