Good location clean property
Location and room size. We had a junior suite.Housekeeping was not very good , breakfast needs more options like fruits and other international items, there should be one staff at front desk ggag understands English better , the room service needs more options for food

Ok hotel, average location,
Nice hotel and food was good in buffet. Bed was comfy.Check in the staff tried to tell us that we hadn’t paid when I was showing them the transaction on my bank. After me ringing the bank they finally admitted it had gone through. Hardly any of the reception staff spoke English to be able to converse with except for the manager. Room clean wasn’t that thorough as floor always seemed dirty and they didn’t pick up rubbish The location is right on the beach however there isn’t much surrounding the location except for over priced seafood The buffet was ok mainly aimed at the Korean audience which is 99% of visitors and hotel guests
