Great location, gorgeous rooftop pool with a stunning view.
Good selection at breakfast. The beach is across the street. There is an excellent local seafood restaurant next door where you can choose your own fish, shrimp, lobster, clams, whatever, from the tanks. The pool has a spectacular view of the beach and surrounding hills. Watching the parasailing at the beach is mesmerizing. Shuttle bus to Hoi An is a nice perq.Better communication skills from the staff would be good. Also, when exchanging money at the front desk, there was no receipt, and the rate changed depending on the person on duty.
