ウォーターパーク「365」ならば…
ホテルスタッフの方々は親切で笑顔も素敵に対応してくださいました。 日本人スタッフの方はもちろん、数名日本語が話せる方も居て、英語やベトナム語に自信がない人でも安心できると思いました。 誕生日ケーキもサプライズで準備していただき、ほっこりできました。.宿泊施設というより、寒い時期だと普通に寒い。 ウォーターパーク365というネーミングの屋内プールなので、屋内は年中あたたかく水温も高いのかと思っていましたが、寒すぎて少ししか楽しめませんでした。 ウォーターパークを旅のメインイベントとして考えていたので残念でした。 温泉も同じく。プールと繋がっているからか、非常に寒かったです。脱衣所ぐらいはあたたかくして欲しい…。。 あとフードコートが7時半にはオールクローズしてしまっていて、予定が崩れてしまったのも残念でした。 チェックインの時に教えていただければ良かったかなと感じました。 部屋にでも、ウォーターパークの利用の仕方等（タオルレンタルの仕方や何時にどこか閉まるとか）の記載されたものが置かれていたら、戸惑うことは少ないと思います。 グランドオープンすれば、色々と良くなると思いますし、屋外の流れるプールも楽しそうなので、グランドオープン後の暖かい時期に再訪したいです。
