Fantastic stay
This is a great place for family in Danang. The staffs are very attentive, friendly and professional. There are great varieties of activities, facilities to enjoy. the outdoor pools and lazy river are great. Rooms are super clean, beautiful trees around. Everything is of Japanese standards. I love Nami restaurant for breakfast, sea view is beautiful.nothing

An incredible experience in this resorts.
The staff of hotels are very good and helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel environment is very Japanese style. Breakfast tastes good and the sea view is incredible.The Onsen opening time is not punctual. I was told by Onsen staff that on 2nd May opening time will be at 8 o’clock. But when I arrived in the Onsen gate at 8 o’clock the staff told me opening at 8:30. When I came back at 8:30 the staff told me 10 minutes more to wait. And at 8:40 I went up to 4th floor the staff told me the towel still not ready and I still need to wait. As a Japanese style hotel I think the punctuality is very important. Also, I suggest that the Male Onsen(Naked) should set an age limitation, because there were so many children threw the lemon as a game in the onsen. It’s just like a playground instead of Onsen.

A little bit of Japanese fun in Da Nang
We enjoyed the gold buggy rides, the villa and the Onsen. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark so we sleep very well.The breakfast buffet could be better. There is no western style coffee of tea. The Nami restaurant was so so. The water park isn't very clean. It was annoying that the towels are not provided to inhouse guest at the water park.
