Good

Rooms were well appointed and bathtub was great.Overpriced for what it is. Technically you can see the ocean from the ocean view room, but just on the right side and it’s quite far away. Breakfast was terrible.

There are better places in the area

1. Great location, a few blocks away from the beach. 2. Beautiful, not carpeted, clean rooms. 3. Beautiful facade. 4. Comfortable bed and puffy pillows.1. The bar/coffee shop outside the hotel is extremely noisy. The music is loud; so please take that into account if you are a light sleeper. I would strongly advise to book 1 night only to check if the music doesn’t bother you. 2. In our case, the music and noise outside was unbearable; so we had to move out. We couldn’t sleep for 3 nights. The hotel owner penalized us with the highest room fee and return the rest of the money giving the promotional fee. PLEASE BE AWARE of this shady tactic. 3. The shower area doesn’t have any place to storage the soap, the shampoo, conditioner. We had to keep opening the shower door to grab the toiletries. 4. The shower pressure is weak and the hot water to fill the tab is lukewarm, not hot. 5. The complimentary toiletries had a very funny smell. We had to buy our own hand soap. The smell was awful. 6. There are no hooks inside the bathroom to hang the towels. 7. The beach towels are weary and stained. 8. The breakfast is simply poor of quality and choices. (The cheese, they give, is the plastic, low quality, cheap one.) Vegetarians will be able to eat only fruit. The cooks cannot even make proper fried eggs. We had to send twice the eggs. The whites came completely raw. The servers are more interested in chatting to each other, rather than serving the guests. 9. The manager only works half a day; so make an appointment if you have to talk to her. 10. The staff speaks very poor English; so make sure they understand and double check what they want to tell you. They really count on this lack of English to scam guests. Choose another hotel.

Highly recommend to avoid this place!

.I had a terrible experience during check-out. Staff accused me in breaking a shampoo bottle , which I didn’t break, and requested to pay 300.000 dong. For a shampoo bottle! Woman on the reception desk believed me, but started to insist that she didn’t touch the bottle either. And she doesn’t know what to do. She almost cried and asked me to figure out the way what to do. But that’s her job! That is the job of the hotel management and she wanted me to do it! She asked me several times what SHE needs to do in this situation. Then she kept insisting that if I don’t pay, the money will be deducted from her salary and she can not afford it. She promised to give me a discount... and I just needed to pay 200.000 dong. She even said that the bottle might be cracked when I was OUTSIDE!! And I have to take responsibility for that!! She said that her job is to make customer happy, but I have to pay for the bottle that I did not break, because it’s too expensive for to pay for it by herself. WHAT?! Where did this sum came from? What a discount?! Why did I have to do management job and solve the problem?! That seems like a fraud and disregard for the customer! Highly recommend to avoid this place. Otherwise you will have to pay for a bottle (or soap or whatever) and do the managers job!! P.S. I ended up paying 150.000 because I was terribly late for my flight and had to hurry up. They didn’t let me go without paying at least something

Worst experience in 24 years travelling

the staff on charge of the bags and kitchen are friendly.The room wasn’t the room that I’ve booked. I explicated this the night of arrival - late and tired - but the receptionist doesn’t speak English and he doesn’t want to understand it: at the end, after 30 minutes discussing, he promised to change us the room, but after two days we left the hotel - before of our booking - and he never change us the room. The room was small and another that they show in the picture. We demand - from the beginnings of the booking process, before to arrive - a quite room: the room wasn’t quite. There is a temporary construction beside to the building making a noise from 7 am. I think in two months they will stopped, but I don’t know. The staff doesn’t speak English at all, and they have little tricks to create confusions: the day of the arrival they say that the drinks of the small fridge at the room are free - something strange - but at the end there are not for free. In our case, we didn’t take them, but when you do the check out the receptionist stops you to check the room (it’s my first experience with a hotel with this behaviour) and I our case they miss a small package of nuts. We explain them that we didn’t open, but don’t forget that they doesn’t speak English, so she - the receptionist - doesn’t understand it and she stopped the taxi in the middle of the street demanding the payment of the nuts: for us was surrealistic the moment, living 10’ minutes with a receptionist screaming in the street. Of course I’ve explain all of these issues to someone through Booking but nobody answers until the end because he or she was in holidays: and we not? The last surprise, this person changed our booking adding more days that the original booking (we left the hotel before of that original booking, after the second night) and maybe, he or she was trying to get more days without receiving my experience. I had another bad experience but I’ve forget.

.the AC in our first room was broken. they said they fixed it then 2nd night was still the same until the last night we are transferred to a new room.
