Căn phòng vượt qua mong đợi của mình: sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đẹp, thoáng mát và ngập nắng. Hồ bơi hơi nhỏ nhưng đủ dùng và sạch sẽ.- Không có lễ tân hay bất kì nhân viên phục nào tại đây, gây bất tiện vì nhiều khi đi ra ngoài không cầm điện thoại là bị kẹt ở ngoài vì không nhớ pass vào nhà. - Bạn nam nhận là chủ nhà thái độ còn rất trẻ con trong cư xử và xử lý tình huống. Không có thái độ cầu tiến khi khách góp ý và đôi co tay đôi với khách. Bạn làm ks nhưng lại không biết khoá lịch, dẫn đến khách đặt phòng bị chồng chéo, dẫn đến việc tự ý huỷ booking của khách 1 cách bừa bãi. Phòng làm mình hài lòng nhưng bạn chủ thì không.
