Exceptional
Очень отзывчивый Персонал. Англ. яз. Знают все. Помогали во всем, даже проводили до аптеки и помогли купить лекарства. Купили билеты в Ба На Хилз, вызывали такси, любая просьба выполнялась быстро и без проблем. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Номер очень просторный, убирались чисто. Всё супер!!! Рекомендую!!!Всё ок!!!

Chuyến đi từ 6/7 đến 9/7 ( summer trip 6/7-9/7)
Buffet sáng có đổi món, ngon, nhân viên phục vụ thức ăn thân thiện, chu đáo, có bồn tắm ( the buffet breakfast is very good, flexible, the staff served buffet breakfast are friendly and caring. Room has bath).Khi khách đặt qua booking.com giá sẽ rẻ hơn thì bảo khách sau này đừng đặt qua Booking.com nữa nhưng khi không đặt thì từ 857.000 tăng lên 950.000, nhân viên lễ tân hay cười đểu nếu bạn là người Việt Nam không phải là người nước ngoài ( if you had reservation via booking.com, the price would be cheaper, but receptionist would demand you don’t do that. A female receptionist has bad behavior ( meaning smile If you are Vietnammese) and bad personality . Then I hope she will exchange one day, because we are Vietnameses.
