Good location.The bed was hard and lot of noise when moved the body. Small wash gel and shampoo. Only 1 small tube for family of 4. Have to ask for more.

Hotel location was perfect.Our stay at the hotel was not pleasant at all. Especially after travelling throught out Vietnam and having a wonderful experience. Only stayed 1 night thank goodness. Couldnt wait to get out we even looked at other hotels near by but they were booked out for the night. The room was dated, old. beds hard as a rock. Stained sheets. Towels grey instead of white. Drilling next door at 3am in the morning. Staff unfriendly not very helpful. Sewage smell through out hotel. Breakfast was a joke. Had to go to Starbucks to get breakfast. Dirty table cloth. Set up pretty poor. Pepsi served for breakfast. When I booked this placed I booked it based on reviews thats one thing I will not be taking into consideration next time I book. We couldn't wait to checkout.

Friendly staff. Good location.I had to upgrade to Deluxe room because even that the description of standard room has windows but it is windows to look at the hall (like a fake window). Which makes the room smells weird because there is no fresh air. Too high and hard pillows. Not much options for breakfast buffet

This place was a great value for the location. It was lively and right next to the river a few blocks from the dragon bridge. There are many good restaurants and bars in a walking distance. A great location to explore Da Nang from. The staff of the hotel were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the complementary breakfast was good.When going for the complimentary breakfast be sure to get there on the early side. The food was good but it didn't look like they kept things heated like they should be as the day went on. I went later and it seemed like the same food was kept at room temperature longer than it should have. I didn't get sick but it's something to look out for that can change a positive option negative quickly.
