Apartment nằm gần biển, chừng 7p đi bộ là ra tới bãi biển Mỹ Khê. Xung quanh Apart có nhiều siêu thị tiện mua đồ ăn vặt. Apart có máy giặt và máy sấy công cộng ở tầng 6 cho mọi người cùng sử dụng. Chị chủ và các bạn nv rất nhiệt tình giới thiệu và share thông tin cho khách hàng. Ban đầu mình ở căn hộ có ban công ở tầng 2, sau đó được chuyển lên tầng 5 rất thoáng và dễ chịu.Bên cạnh có công trình khác ( không rõ là ks hay nhà dân) nhưng che mất view của căn hộ. Khi chuyển lên tầng 5 thì thoáng hơn, có thể nhìn được 1 góc biển ( do xung quanh bắt đầu xây các ks cao tầng nên bị che mất) nhưng về cơ bản là thoáng mát.
