i had nice time at casa rosa , it was very clean, quiet, cool, super private and stylist. location was near to the My Khe Beach, it tooks about 5mins walking to the My Khe Beach. Ruby, the host was the greatest host i have ever meet, she so friendly and responsive. The receptionist was helpful by letting me know suggestion on where to eat and what to do in Da Nang, they were all very communicative. i really appriciate the way they take care of guests. i have no regret for choosing Casa Rosa Apartment for my stay in Da Nang. highly recommended!

- The host was amazingly kind and helpful - The hotel keeps cold water in reusable bottles in the fridge for guest use - The bathroom and apartment space were impeccably clean - The bed was very comfortable - The air conditioning was strong and the room stayed cold even when we had left for hours with the A/C off - Small kitchenette in the room - Blow dryer and towels provided - Close to My Khe beach and An Thuong (the more "western" area of Da Nang) - Nice balcony on the 6th floor - view of many skyscrapers and partial view of the ocean.- The shower did not drain, so we had to pull out the plug completely - We were upgraded to a balcony room, but the balcony was blocked by a corrugated aluminum wall to stop construction dust - Lots of construction around the hotel (but this is normal for Da Nang, a rapidly growing city), but the room was totally quiet still

Very clean and awesomely new. I would said that this places made my trips almost prefect. Room is sound compression - which make me late for morning planned. Electronic key card is a plus for security and privacy. In an alley but next to My Khe beach and also surrounding with good neighborhood and local service.The floor is dirty even after cleaning our room. But everything else was very tidy . Probably from next door construction.

This is basically a hotel except that the rooms are modern, large apartments. You have all the bonuses of a hotel (cleaning staff, reception, safe in the room) and all the amenities of an apartment (kitchen, couch, desk). We had a great stay here. The kitchen has a hi-tech stovetop and excellent quality knives, pot, pan, plates etc. They were way better than any cookware we have at home and couldn't believe how much easier it was to cook with quality cookware. We loved all the different light switches and lighting options, it felt very fancy. There was a large fridge. There are 2 sets of curtains, one for privacy and one to totally block out light. The couch is very comfy and so is the bed. So many A/C and fan options to adjust to the perfect setting. The TV has great English channels and it is a smart TV (so you can access YouTube, etc). We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend walking the 10 minutes to the beach for sunrise - one of the most beautiful sunrises we have ever seen!A few minor things could be added to make cooking easier: paper towels and dish rags definitely - and some other "nice to have" things would be a drying rack (even a basic cheap one), cooking oil, and maybe salt and pepper. The shower also drains a bit slowly. Just some minor suggestions - we loved our stay overall.
