Great service and helpful staff
Breakfast, rooftop bar, spa and communication with staff. Everything is nearly perfect, car arrangements and the driver so helpful.Stayed at grand river suite but have only a jacuzzi that isn’t good for a shower. Have to climb the slippery step and care.

Great central location with fantastic views
This is a great location by the riverside, pretty much next to the Han market and a short distance from the airport if you have an early departure. We had a great 3 nights here. The staff are fantastic and we had amazing views of the bridges from our room. The breakfast buffet is great as well. Great service: one time our room was cleaned in the evening which we didn't expect and we got huge breakfast boxes on the last morning as we had an early flight.No complaints at all.

Simply the best
A fantastic bakery on par with the best of France and Belgium. Full range and variety of breakfast. People that are educated how to serve you when dining or taking breakfast. Fantastic coffee: Vietnam is a coffee country, but this one beats them all! Dinner with great class and live music....Nothing in fact.
