Nice stay and value for money
The location is good. The room is very spacious. Staff are very nice.The room sound proofing is not very well. I stayed in a connecting room but the connected room is not my family. I can clearly hear with the next room people saying. Also the towel is quite old. I think they need to change the new one.

Such a special place with special staff
We arrived and the room was lovely with stunning views and great amenities like pool, spa etc. beach close but the scenery around stunning. These things are all important but what really makes this place so special is ALL the staff. They went above and beyond to take care of us. I was unwell and the amazing Mika (food/beverage manger) hearing this arranged me ginger tea and made us feel so special. The cleaning girls wrote us a message and left beautiful arrangement of flowers and elephant to say goodbye. Van at the cafe made the perfect coconut coffee. The concierge and front of office staff all just made us feel like we were special and that is why this place to me is now a 2nd home. We were sad to leave but I know we will be back. I have travelled the world and da nang and belle Maison is one of best places I have ever stayed.There was nothing I did not like
