My partner and I stayed at Belle Maison for 8 nights and it was the best experience we ever had in Vietnam. The staff members were so lovely, accommodating and made so much effort to make our stay the best. Zoe checked us in and she did such a great job making sure we were happy. The room was lovely and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The location was perfect, right by the beautiful white sandy beach (which was mostly empty during the day), walking distance to the mart and local restaurants and a 10 mins drive into the city. It can't get any better than that. The gym was well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the beach/sea, the infinity pool was also beautiful and was empty most of the day. We had a breakfast buffet every morning and it was delicious, it had a variety of different food.The only improvement the hotel could do is to cook more different meats at the buffet breakfast.

My family and I stayed here for 11 days and we loved every minute of it. My kids are still talking about the staff . They are really missing Ellie. she is so sweet and Winnie helped us with every need.Everything was to our liking.

Our family had stayed 3 days in this hotel. we booked 2 Delux rooms (1 double bed, 2 single bed) which is connected. because the family room has small-size beds for me and my sister. And It was a great choice to have pick-up service from the airport to the hotel. I did not have to worry about taking a taxi in the hot weather and it was nice to have a cold water as soon as I got in the car. Thanks to manager "Joy" for his thoughtful attention throughout the itinerary. We were able to make good trips to Hoi An, owing to private driver she introduced.One disappointing point is the view, we reserve ocean view but I saw the next building through window.
