Our stay at the Balcona was wonderful. We definitely recommend it to others.
Hannah at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Vu and Matt (our drivers) were so nice and helpful. Breakfasts were awesome with so many choices of delicious food. The 20th floor pool was a great place to relax and cool off after a long hot day exploring Da Nang. The view from the pool was beautiful. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. And - the spa staff and services were outstanding.
