Very Good
Overall the hotel was ok.One of the bellboys was too annoying, once passing through the lobby will follow you, stand with you while waiting for a taxi, he even tried to take my phone from the hands to push a button on the phone to call a taxi! The feeling is that he is pretending to be your slave, what is too much is too much. Other bellboys and personel were ok. In the room the night tables surface had heavy scratches , it is difficult for me to understand why it is so hard to replace them when overall room furnishings were in good shape..

Exceptional
I liked the staff. They were welcoming and often asked us if everything was okay. The rooftop pool was amazing. I used it daily.I paid for a balcony room and the balcony was just a small square jutting out from a sliding door. It wasn’t big enough to put a chair on. However, I had a nice view from the window.
