Not the beat location
Not much at all. Staff lovely and tried hard.Average standard , you could do better. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast was extremely limited for westerners, ran out ( if you believe that) of juice, toast etc. Shower leaked badly, water all over the floor! Construction of the building appeared poor.

Pleasant
The rooms were essentially all you needed and bed was comfy. Could hire bikes for free and they were good at organising cars and transport.The room needs uplifting and the hotel was quite a way out from the other hotels which meant we had to get a taxi or mo-ped to restaurants and bars. Also was not the nice end of the beach.
