Alicia Beach Hotel is good budget hotel. I can't praise the staff enough.
Staff was excellent, very friendly. The doorman was always smiling when he greeted us. They helped organised balloons and cake for my daughters b'day at the last minute. My kids enjoyed the rooftop pool. Not a bad view! Breakfast was pretty decent, you have a mix variety of western and local vietnamese food. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Alisia Hotel. TIP. Hoi AN is a must at night!The property is a bit isolated from the main beach area. (about 15mins drive to the main the beach). Beach was a bit dirty due to all the fishing that's happening there. If you want to swim you have to go down to the main beach area.

Staff was quite friendly except one person. The hotel is located on the first lane. It’s quite far from city center and it’s quite good, ‘cause there a too many buildings under construction in Da Nang, so it can cause some inconvinience.I payed for a room for 2 persons, but checked-in alone. While checking-in I got breakfast-vauchers for 2 persons. Regardless of that fact, when I invited a guest to my room, an employee called me and said that either my guest leaves, either I will be charged again. He didn’t explain me, why should I pay more even though I already payed for 2 persons. You should also be ready that if you pay with Visa you will be charged $10 more than the price on Booking.com
