Khách sạn sạch đẹp, khá ổn
Phòng đẩy đủ tiện nghi, có ghế sofa và ban công rất rộng nhìn xuống phố Nguyễn Văn Cừ. Nhân viên lễ phép, lịch sự. Có chỗ để xe thoải mái. Ks thuộc hệ thống Alba nên tôi tin tưởng chất lượng, tuy nhiên nội thất ok nhưng cửa phòng ko đc sang trọng lắm. Giá phòng rẻ mùa dịch bệnh nên tôi khá hài lòng. Thang máy hoạt động tốt, nhanh.Không có, tuy nhiên ks ko gần khu vực phố Tây và sông Hương, khu dân cư sinh sống, nên cân nhắc, nhưng nếu có xe di chuyển thì khá ok, ko vde gì.
